Chris joined YBUK following a senior leadership career in the housing sector. He previously held a Director role at ARK Consultancy, where he was responsible for housing development and marketing. ARK specialises in supporting the development, regeneration, management and maintenance of social housing.

Chris began his career in sales at West Midlands Gas before moving into the housing association sector, where he worked with housing associations and local authorities to deliver new affordable homes across the Midlands and beyond. He is a strong advocate for social housing and social mobility, and is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young people.
